PMA’s Leila Thomas Joins Marbles Kids Museum’s Development Team

PMA Consultant Leila Thomas has joined Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh, NC as its next Director of Development.

"Leila has been a fantastic contributor to all aspects of our consulting practice" noted PMA President Patton McDowell. "She's guided numerous organizations through vital strategic planning and fundraising initiatives, and has literally helped build much of the infrastructure that supports our expanding operation. She'll be a wonderful asset to Marbles, and I know she's excited to bring her ideas and experience to the Raleigh community."

Leila began working with PMA in 2015 and has worked closely with dozens of organizations across many sectors and service lines. She has also served as PMA's Operations Manager, responsible for firm-wide project and prospect management, internal and external communications, and client outreach.

"My three years with PMA have been incredibly rewarding. I have loved working with and learning from both our nonprofit partners as well as the internal PMA team, and I remain passionate about the nonprofit sector and its integral role in improving our communities," said Leila. "I am excited to use my experience from PMA to make an impact at Marbles."

The PMA team would like to thank Leila for her work and dedication to both the firm and our clients during his three years of service. Leila began her new role with Marbles Kids Museum in April 2018.
