The New Development Professionals program, one of two signature programs produced by the Institute for Philanthropic Leadership, continued its fall season with an outstanding line-up of nonprofit experts. Amy Tribble spoke on her experience in building relationships and a culture of philanthropy at the  the Council for Children's Rights, followed by Joanne Beam with information on nonprofit boards of directors.  Kim Lanphear from Apparo shared how mastery of technology can help elevate your nonprofit, and Shannon Hinson from Habitat Charlotte spoke on the importance of analyzing donor data and planning for future growth.  Check out the links on their names to learn more about their great nonprofit experiences.  

The New Development Professionals program prepares aspiring nonprofit leaders to excel in the fundraising, management and organizational planning skills required in the philanthropic sector. The target audience for the program is new or aspiring professionals in the nonprofit sector whose responsibility features fundraising.  The program consists of four monthly (3-hour) sessions from September - December each Fall.
