PMA Welcomes Lisa Dale to Carolina Breast FriendsJuly 2022
PMA congratulates Lisa Dale, Carolina Breast Friends new Executive Director. PMA President Patton McDowell shared his excitement of the announcement and the opportunity to work with such an important organization saying, "We were honored to partner with members of Carolina Breast Friends Board of Directors through our Search Advisory services to support their efforts in seeking an experienced and passionate nonprofit leader like Lisa". Patton went on to say, "Lisa will continue the incredible work established by Carolina Breast Friends founder Kristy Adams-Ebel whose vision inspired The Pink House, a safe space and center of support and healing for those in the breast cancer community in and around Charlotte." Lisa comes to her new role with over 30 years of experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. "We are delighted to welcome Lisa to Carolina Breast Friends," said Beth Harrelson, Board Chair. "Her deep knowledge of nonprofits and development and her passion for supporting cancer survivors makes her uniquely qualified to serve as Executive Director."
Says Lisa, "The years I spent working in the cancer community have given me much for which to be grateful, and I am honored and eager to start this new chapter with Carolina Breast Friends". Lisa brings a deep passion for service to others, a collaborative leadership style, fundraising success and creativity, and a proven track record of relationship-building into her new role. Ms. Harrelson shares "we look forward to the impact she will make in the next chapter of Carolina Breast Friend".
